Remote service includes:

making changes to software products related to:
1. changes in the software platform BAF;
2. written wishes of the customer, reflected in the specifications of changing the software product;
3. statutory changes in accounting or taxation;
documentation of changes made in software;
remote consultations for specialists of the enterprise-customer on system use, accounting and taxation;
finding errors in the application of the system, remote consultation on technical issues;
database testing and correction.

All consultations are provided by the appointed consultant by phone, e-mail and via other electronic ways.

Terms of delivery:

Performed in agreement with the customer-company in case of impossibility or inexpediency of arrival of specialists IMPULSE-IVC.
The customer prepares and sends us written specifications, which will be followed by changes in the system configurations. This provides the documents and information necessary for the execution of the contract and transfers the databases or gives us access to them.
