Warranty support is a free service. In order to use the warranty of business software, it is necessary to send a completed half of the questionnaire included with the software package (it is enclosed in a software product box) to the SAB directly or through a franchisee company.
If your organization is working in one of the IMPULSE-IVC’s industries (construction, trade) and you want to use the services of the IMPULSE-IVC consultation line regardless of who is the developer of the program, send us a copy of the registration form of the software product.
Free warranty support for business software includes:
- Services of the consulting line IMPULSE-IVC, which include answers to questions about software work, advice on some methodological issues.

- Free access to updates (releases) of programs developed by IMPULSE-IVC. Options for receiving updates:
- from www.impuls-ivc.ua, by email;
- in the office of IMPULSE-IVC;
- Through a consultant who works with your company.
In addition to warranty support, you can use the support of contract service of business software.
