  1. Is it possible to set a user to have view-only access to the application without the ability to change data?
    Yes, you can. To do this, go to the "Administration" section - "User and rights settings" item - "Users" directory and click the "Create" button to create a new user and specify his name.
  2. Does the program have a function to automatically download currency rates from the Internet?
    Yes, this function is present in the program. To do this, go to the "Administration" section - item "Download RDI currency rates"
  3. How to make a backup copy of the database?
    To create a backup, you need to go to the "Administration" section - "Backup and Restore" item
  4. How to set up monthly numbering of tax invoices?
    We go to the "Main" section - the "Organizations" directory.
  5. How to configure automatic filling in the printed form of the last name and first name of the employee who issues tax invoices?
    To do this, go to the "Main" section - "Personal settings".
  6. The amount paid to the person who performed work under the CPC contract (of a civil nature) is not reflected in the Combined Report (PIT + SSC).
    For appropriate reflection, it is necessary to create a document "Reflection of mutual settlements with counterparties in 1-DF" (section "Salary and personnel").
  7. The amount of the social security contribution (SSC) for an employee with a disability is incorrectly calculated - 22% instead of 8.41%.
    In order for the program to calculate the amount of social security contributions for an employee with a disability to apply a rate of 8.41%, it is necessary to select the item "Employee (disabled)" in the "Hiring" document in the "SSC Category" detail.
  8. Where in the program are the new inflation indices indicated?
    You can enter inflation indices into the program manually or download them automatically via the RDI service (only if you have a valid contract for IT maintenance).
  9. Is it possible to print a list of employees with their staff number and position?
    Yes, you can. To do this, go to the "Directories" section - select the "Employees" directory.
  10. The "Salary Accrual" document does not generate salary postings for a newly hired employee.
    It is necessary to check whether the salary display method is set for this employee. To do this, go to the "Directories" section - the "Employees" directory.
  11. How to assign a fixed advance amount to an employee?
    To do this, go to the "Salary and HR" section and select the "Advances to employees" information register.
  12. How do I close all windows in a program that were opened while I was working?
    To do this, click the button in the upper right corner to go to the general menu, select the "Windows" item - then the "All windows" item.
  13. How to remove advance invoices (3711, 6811) in the program if we don't use them?
    To do this, through the general menu (button in the upper right corner), select the item "Functions for a technical specialist".
  14. Is it possible to add a third subaccount for settlement accounts with counterparties (36, 63, etc.) to display in settlement document analytics?
    Yes, you can. To do this, go to the "Main" section - select the "Accounting parameters" item.
  15. Is it possible to open several current and balance statements for different accounts at the same time?
    Yes, you can. To do this, click the "More" button in the upper right corner and then click the "Open new window" menu item.
  16. The printed form of the Certificate of Work Performed does not display the full name of the director of the counterparty.
    To display the full name of the responsible person of the counterparty, go to the counterparty card, the "Responsible persons" tab, and in the "Manager" details, click "Create".
  17. When generating regulated reports, the program issues the message "Interrupt the operation and run "FREDO Report", although we do not use this program.
    If you are not using the "FREDOReport" program to generate and submit regulated reports, you must go to the "Organizations" directory in the "Main" section.
  18. The bank document does not generate VAT postings, although the first event is payment
    Let's consider one of the most common reasons for this situation. To do this, go to the contract card with the counterparty specified in the bank document and check for the presence of the "Compound VAT" mark on the "Main" tab.
  19. Is it possible to create a turnover and balance sheet for 10 accounts with grouping by location (subdivision) of the fixed asset?
    Yes, you can. For example, let's create a balance sheet for account 104 "Machinery and equipment".
  20. How to prohibit editing data from past periods?
    For this setting, go to the "Operations" section - item "Data change prohibition dates".
