The system is focused on the real production hierarchy of a construction company: manager, chief engineer, production and technical department, material and technical supply department, chief mechanic department, site supervisors and foremen.
Each level works with its own set of data. The production and technical department plans work and controls deviations, the supply department is responsible for material support, mechanics control equipment, and management sees the execution status by sites.
The functionality makes it possible to create several versions of a work schedule, assign resources, record actual execution and generate reports with analysis of deadlines and resource status.
