This document is the official public offer of IMPULSE-IVC to enter into an agreement for the provision of business automation services, BAS implementation and system support.
1. General provisions
This offer is public in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Acceptance of this offer means the user’s full agreement with all terms.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Contractor provides services for analysis, implementation, configuration, training and support of BAS systems, and the Customer accepts and pays for these services.
3. Procedure for concluding the agreement
The agreement is considered concluded from the moment a request is submitted, a service is ordered or another interaction with the website is performed that confirms the intention to receive services.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
- The Contractor undertakes to provide services with proper quality and within the agreed timeframe
- The Customer undertakes to provide the necessary data and make payment
- The parties have the right to interact within the scope of fulfilling the agreement
5. Cost and payment
The cost of services is determined individually or in accordance with the prices page. Payment is made under the agreed terms.
6. Procedure for providing services
Services are provided in stages: analysis, design, implementation and support. The specific scope is determined within each project.
7. Liability of the parties
The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The Contractor is not responsible for consequences arising from improper use of the system.
8. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances that could not be foreseen or avoided.
9. Personal data processing
The Customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this offer without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website.
