Principles of calculating the cost of service:
There are two schemes for maintenance of computer systems, engineering subsystems, as well as business software:
- subscriber’s service;
- on-time service.
At the conclusion of the contract for support (a service level agreement – SLA), you can choose at your discretion the volume of services, the level of efficiency, the order of consolidation of specialists and payment.
1. Subscriber’s service (the minimum term of the contract is six months)

An example of calculation of SLA for network: 1 hryvnia (base price per unit of maintenance) x 300 m2 (network’s square) x 1,2 (urgent reaction) x 1,2 (pledged not to replace) x 1,2 (monthly payment) = 518.4 UAH (without VAT).
