Principles of calculation of cost of implementation of business software

The cost of implementing business software depends on the type of implementation: typical or individual. The cost of individual implementation is determined only after a comprehensive survey of the activities of the enterprise or organization. The exact cost can be specified for each of the stages of the typical implementation.

Typical implementation stages:

Express-survey of customer's activity. Choice of implementation type.
Purchase an application or licenses for its use.
Software supply, installation, initial counseling.
Conducting seminars, training users.

Carrying out works under the contract for inspection, drawing up of the specifications.

The cost of an express-survey depends on the number of activities to be carried out and the labor hours that will be spent on these activities.
