General provisions<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      This offer is public in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Acceptance of this offer means the user\u2019s full agreement with all terms.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>2. Subject of the agreement<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The Contractor provides services for analysis, implementation, configuration, training and support of BAS systems, and the Customer accepts and pays for these services.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>3. Procedure for concluding the agreement<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The agreement is considered concluded from the moment a request is submitted, a service is ordered or another interaction with the website is performed that confirms the intention to receive services.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>4. Rights and obligations of the parties<\/h2>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>The Contractor undertakes to provide services with proper quality and within the agreed timeframe<\/li>\r\n      <li>The Customer undertakes to provide the necessary data and make payment<\/li>\r\n      <li>The parties have the right to interact within the scope of fulfilling the agreement<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <h2>5. Cost and payment<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The cost of services is determined individually or in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/impuls-ivc.ua\/en\/pricing-bas\/\">prices<\/a> page. Payment is made under the agreed terms.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>6. Procedure for providing services<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Services are provided in stages: analysis, design, implementation and support. The specific scope is determined within each project.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>7. Liability of the parties<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The Contractor is not responsible for consequences arising from improper use of the system.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>8. Force majeure<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances that could not be foreseen or avoided.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>9. Personal data processing<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The Customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/impuls-ivc.ua\/en\/privacy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>10. Final provisions<\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this offer without prior notice.
